Simple Gym
Simple Gym Membership ($50 per month)
This setup will empower residents of all ages to utilize the specially adapted equipment with or without assistance of their caregivers. This will benefit NextStep Orlando’s clients who will use the facility on their days off from therapy. It will also allow individuals throughout the Central Florida region to join at an affordable fee and to begin and/or sustain an exercise regime at their convenience.
This membership includes:

Functional Electrical Stimulation (“FES”) bike
